
Kendall Lopez has been a resident of Bound Brook for 24 years. He is a educator, having taught High School Chemistry and Forensic Science for 30 years.
Kendall was elected to the Bound Brook Council in 2022, and served as Borough Council President from 2024-2025.
Kendall's candidacy has been endorsed by Garden State Equality.
Kendall has been Chair of the Borough's Personnel, Administration, and Ordinances Committees since 2022, and has been a Board member of the Somerset County Governing Officials Association (SCGOA) since 2023. In 2022, he was a New Jersey Delegate to the National Democratic Convention.

Trina Folkes has been a resident of Bound Brook for 6 years. She worked in administration, finance, and property management for over 18 years and is a dedicated volunteer with over 30 years of service.
In 2025, Trina was appointed to the Bound Brook Planning Board. She is an active member of the Bound Brook Democratic Committee.
Trina's candidacy is endorsed by the New Jersey Federation of Democratic Women, Elect Women NJ, and the NJ League of Conservation Voters, and she is a member of the Emerge New Jersey Class of 2025. In 2023, Trina was honored with an Eleanor Roosevelt Award by the Somerset County Federation of Democratic Women.
Trina has been married to Albert Folkes for 26 years, is a mother, and a grandmother to 3 grandsons.
